Rosie had her first pet when she was about 7 years old this was a lopped eared Rabbit called Flopsy, but as it grew Rosie became more hesitant with picking him up as he was nearly as big as she was.

After Flopsy died Rosie thought some ducks would be nice, which they were. We had three little ducklings, which grew at an alarming rate and followed Rosie round like their mother. Which Rosie thought was great. Unfortunately Mr. Fox also thought they were great.

Rosie decided to try another rabbit and so Patch came along he was a friendly rabbit and Rosie looked after him well - Rosie was 12 years old now and very capable of tending to all his needs, then one day whilst he was happily hopping round the garden he suddenly collapsed and died. Rosie was distraught.
